Our Berlin office is located only 1.5 km from the Tiergarten, and thus in an ideal central location. |
Your responsibilities
- You analyze and evaluate our needs for software and hardware and plan corresponding procurements
- You organize the commissioning of appropriate systems and provide support for all colleagues with IT-related problems
- You are responsible for creating and managing user accounts and keep track of all access rights in the organization
- You actively work with our ticket system in Jira
- You will help ensure data integrity and confidentiality and perform regular backups of our systems
Our requirements
- You have completed training with a focus on IT (e.g. in the area of application administration, network administration or comparable)
- You have already gained some experience in IT support and are familiar with the installation and configuration of IT systems
- You have experience working with ticket systems, ideally with Jira
- You can approach problems independently and proactively, but still enjoy being part of a team
- You have good communication skills in German and English
