Connext Cube for energy suppliers from formware® consists of three modules: Automated output management including layout optimization, meter reading recording and chatbot customer center solutions.
In the “Automated Output Management and Layout Optimization” module, we offer our experience and consulting services in layouting paired with our “Connext Cube” output management system.
You use the common powercloud events. We use our Endpoint MicroServices to transfer the JSON data directly from the powercloud to our output management system. Various layouts are already available there. Using goSmart® TextRepository, your departmental admins can make changes to template content quickly and easily on their own. Your specialists can make basic adjustments to the document logic and layout using the goSmart® Designer. However, we are also happy to do this for you on request. The goSmart® ResourceManager provides continuous versioning of all template resources, including approval processes, to ensure the traceability of your editorial process during template maintenance.
