Change of leadership at powercloud: Zoran Petrovic is leaving the company at the end of the month at his own request. He has been working for powercloud since January 2017 and most recently served as Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
Zoran Petrovic can look back on a successful time: ‘The decision to leave powercloud was not an easy one for me. The past few years have been both exciting and intense. powercloud has undergone an impressive development. It has been a great pleasure for me to accompany and actively shape the company from a start-up to a system-relevant medium-sized company in one of the most important future markets. A stable company with a market-leading solution that is excellently positioned for the future has emerged from various growth and transformation phases. I remain deeply connected to the energy industry and look forward to the opportunities ahead — where powercloud could play a valuable role as a partner on this journey.’
The timing for a change in management is well chosen: a year ago, powercloud was acquired by Hansen Technologies, a publicly traded global software and services provider for the energy and telecommunications industries based in Melbourne, Australia.
