- Do away with manual collection processes in utilities
(powercloud, Offenburg, April 26, 2021) Is it possible to precisely quantify the financial benefits of digital processes in utilities? With “Paigo”, Arvato Financial Solutions has come up with an answer especially for collections. The solution will soon be available to utilities in the powerApp Store from powercloud.
With Paigo, manual processes performed in utilities will fall away thanks to the automation of work steps. Utilities benefit from an effective management system which is also used for monitoring automated collection transfers, and displays e.g. the state of collection or the measures that have already been taken at a glance. “The entire collection process is more customer-friendly and effective. We are outsourcing a classic business process, which currently consumes unnecessary resources at many utilities,” explains Stephan Scherer, Senior Sales Manager at Paigo
The open architecture from powercloud forms the technological basis of the solution: On the one hand, the end-to-end system of the SaaS platform contains all of the processes for the energy economy machine room of utilities, and performs the automated billing processes. On the other, it supplements this core functionality using tailor-made solutions from the associated powerApp Store. Similar to other app stores, utilities will find ready-to-use and tested extensions for the powercloud, which are connected through certified interfaces.
