powercloud and CONUTI reinforce long-standing cooperation with a strategic partnership

  • Consulting, system integration, powerApp development
  • powerApps such as the market communication switch, market partner Syn App, tenant power and many more bolster powerApp portfolio

(powercloud, Offenburg, 5/25/2021) CONUTI GmbH and powercloud expand their long-standing cooperation. CONUTI has been working for powercloud as a consulting, system integration and powerApp partner since 2016. The Karlsruhe-based company has implemented or supervised over 20 powercloud implementation, migration and development projects under its own responsibility to date.

CONUTI provides powercloud support with the rapid further development of the cloud solution. For example, the market processes for power feed-in (MPES) were recently integrated into powercloud in collaboration with Sonnen. CONUTI has also already developed five powerApps for the powercloud:

The CONUTI Mako switch enables utilities fast entry into powercloud by allowing “temporary” parallel operation to a legacy system. Utilities can thus quickly test the advantages of powercloud in live operation without having to migrate their data from the legacy system. For example, you can launch a new product via powercloud or process all new customers via powercloud on a certain date, while all other products or existing customers are still processed via the legacy system. The Mako switch “monitors” the whole market communication process and ensures the market messages are correctly assigned. Customers can thus use the CONUTI Mako switch for fast entry into powercloud and migrate the data from the legacy system to powercloud at a later date.

The CONUTI Tenant Power APP offers providers of tenant power fast entry into the commercial processing and billing of their district concepts. The solution provides all relevant system components: master data, billing, sub-ledger and general ledger accounting, market communication, and, if desired, portal connection. The CONUTI powercloud Tenant Power APP handles the registration of customers and summation meters, the metering concepts, the setup of tariffs as well as the market communication processes and billing based on the respective direct purchase factors. The application is fully integrated into the powercloud following activation.

The CONUTI Market Partner Sync APP allows powercloud users to initially load the system with all market partners and certificates. Regularly expired certificates are also automatically updated in the background. Rather than having to manage each individual market partner certificate, powercloud users can let the automatic market partner synchronization take care of that. Tedious manual certificate maintenance is eliminated thanks to the positive effects of smoother market communication, faster process handling and thus reduced process costs.

The CONUTI Master Data Replication APP provides parallel data replication from a productive powercloud application. Master and transaction data is quickly made available from the production systems for analyses, simulations and, above all, for testing purposes. Powercloud users thus have the option of filling their test environment with productive real data (anonymized in compliance with GDPR) at any time and immediately initiating test scenarios. The time saved is immense and quickly delivers value compared to a time-consuming manual setup of test data.

The CONUTI general ledger is integrated into powercloud as a fully functional general ledger solution with no media discontinuity. The already implemented standard interface eliminates cost-intensive programming and the ongoing need to adapt an individual interface to an external general ledger. The CONUTI general ledger comes with a preconfigured chart of accounts and standard reports for the utilities industry. Balance sheet, P+L account, business assessment, preliminary VAT return are available and freely configurable if required.

“powercloud has revolutionized the market for billing and process solutions in the energy industry,” says Daniel Heinemann, CEO of CONUTI. “Gone are the days when implementation projects consumed untold amounts of time and vast budgets. IT operation from the cloud is more cost-effective and also more secure than operating systems in small data centers. Existing IT departments will in future concentrate on the further development of your business model rather than on standard processes. The options that powercloud offers for this purpose are almost unlimited thanks to the API technology,” says Daniel Heinemann. “We will also pave the way for small and medium-sized utilities to benefit from powercloud. Our team of experts will provide such customers with competent and, above all, pragmatic support from kick-off to go-live and even after that if requested.”

“CONUTI brought its many years of experience as an IT consulting company in the energy industry to the partnership at a very early stage and our cooperation has now developed into a strategic partnership. We are happy to have CONUTI on board our partner network and thus to be in a position to provide utilities optimal support with our platform,” says Thayabaran Thanabalasingham, Head of Partner Sales at powercloud. Next Friday, May 28, the two partners will present the functionality of the “Mako switch” powerApp via live web demo: based on the example of a powercloud in parallel operation to an SAP IS-U system, participants will learn how to quickly bring the powercloud into parallel operation with their legacy system in order to launch a new brand or specific products in the energy market. The Mako switch “monitors” the whole market communication process and ensures the market messages are correctly assigned.

powercloud and badenova: Quick and easy implementation of a comprehensive e-commerce platform

  • Live presentation of the new white-label platform on the web on May 21 (in German)
  • Innovative bundled products can be effectively marketed
  • End-to-end solution available in the powerApp store

(powercloud, Offenburg, 05/18/2021) How quickly can a comprehensive e-commerce platform for utilities be configured and the marketing of energy products extensively digitized? powercloud and the energy utility badenova are currently providing an impressive answer with a new white-label platform (WLP) in the powerApp store: Users can simply add the all-in-one solution to powercloud’s core functions and immediately start to configure their e-commerce platform – without lengthy project durations or interface problems. The solution is available “out of the box” within a short time. This opens up far-reaching opportunities for utilities, as the WLP contains extensive self-service functions and facilitates the cross-selling and upselling of new types of bundled products, for example. The two partners plan to present the powerApp as part of a live demo on the web next Friday, May 21. Interested parties can click here to register.

“We have already been successfully collaborating with powercloud since 2016 and have thoroughly tailored our technology to suit the platform. Modern interfaces provide the technological basis for doing so. All the processes are also consistently conceived from the customer’s point of view and mapped in a fully automated manner,” explains Dirk Fleischer, Private Customer Sales department at badenova. “Utilities thus benefit from an all-in-one solution that allows end customers full access to their master data while offering tailored product and service packages.” The latter also applies to new types of product bundles consisting of electricity rates and smartphones or other non-commodity products, for example. The WLP handles the entire order process in this case: the customer sees “their” product bundle in the portal, places an order with a few clicks and is then informed about the order status, including DHL tracking code. Associated logistics processes are automatically carried out in the back end. Even the credit check and validation of the bank details take place within the WLP.

“We are confident that this solution is perfectly tailored to meet the requirements of utilities,” says Tobias Hirning, Head of Sales Consulting at powercloud. “In the course of the digital transformation of the energy market, personalized portals are becoming a customer interaction standard – including as a basic prerequisite for the success of cross-selling, up-selling and “digital-first” service packages. This is precisely what the new solution allows us to ensure. The WLP is thus an ideal basis for the extensive digitization of marketing while facilitating expansion within new market segments. The result is a fully digitized e-commerce platform that helps utilities considerably reduce their total cost of ownership and radically shorten the ‘time to market’ of new products.”

Lana Labs and powercloud to cooperate in process mining solution for energy utilities

  • End-to-end solution in powercloud’s powerApp Store
  • All utility processes included in the analysis
  • Detect potentials for in-company optimization efficiently
  • Expense and cost reductions enabled in billing

(powercloud, Offenburg, May 3, 2021) powercloud GmbH, a market leader in open SaaS solutions for the energy sector in Germany, and Lana Labs, one of the world’s leading process mining companies, are now technology partners. They are collaborating on a solution, available from powercloud via its powerApp Store, that will enable customers to directly visualize, analyze and optimize their entire processes.

Perfect, automated processes within the company are a prerequisite for the future success of energy utilities. They result in a reduction in internal costs, while service is faster and new products can be custom-developed at a brisk tempo. As the level of digitization increases, however, the complexity and lack of transparency of many back-office processes also increases. The difficult question then arises: where are the potentials for optimization to be found? An effective answer is now offered by Lana Labs, together with the energy utility digitization specialists at powercloud. The two companies are cooperating to develop a new process mining solution for the utility platform’s powerApp Store.

“We are already active in the energy market in multiple ways and are helping major municipal utilities in Berlin and Bonn and also suppliers and producers to optimize their processes and to release their entrepreneurial capacities for further growth. With the aid of our solution they are now able to effectively recognize their optimization potentials,” says Dan Wucherpfennig, CEO Lana Labs. “This expertise is now flowing directly into the new app. We are beginning with a solution for the meter-to-cash process and the process of changing suppliers, and after this we will add in all the other processes of the energy sector.” The focus is always the AI-assisted analysis of the incoming data. LANA Process Mining creates a process model in a matter of seconds that indicates, say, the number of different ways in which everyday business processes are in fact being carried out. This reveals bottlenecks, long process times and long idle times and indicates the causes of inefficient processes. Changes in the processes can also be monitored simply via a dashboard.

“We are delighted to be bringing this expertise to the powerApp Store. The process mining approach offers enormous possibilities, particularly for the energy market, because the business processes are often highly complex, opaque and thus unnecessarily cost-intensive. Lana Labs is aiming to disperse this complexity. This suits powercloud perfectly, as we already do something similar for the billing and the energy industry machine room of the suppliers,” says Marco Beicht, CEO of powercloud. Additionally, powercloud is continuing its long-term strategy of helping companies make comprehensive use of the open and extensive data pool of the platform. Tailored, ready-made solutions are available for this in the powerApp Store – that also make use of AI, data science and similar technologies.

About Lana Labs

Berlin-based software company Lana Labs specializes in the automated analysis of business and production processes. A specially developed machine learning algorithm provides data-based transparency and points automatically to savings or optimization potentials. In this way Lana Labs makes businesses more intelligent, more efficient and faster.

LANA software makes it possible, in the form of an industry-specific solution for, say, the energy industry or manufacturing, to understand and optimize the exact key processes that can make the difference in a competitive environment. Customers that already use LANA include major municipal utilities and energy utilities such as Stadtwerke Bonn and Berliner Wasserbetriebe, as well as international brands such as Teléfonica and renowned German automobile manufacturers.

Automate debt collection for utilities with Paigo from Arvato Financial Solutions and powercloud

  • Paigo coming soon as a powerApp
  • Do away with manual collection processes in utilities

(powercloud, Offenburg, April 26, 2021) Is it possible to precisely quantify the financial benefits of digital processes in utilities? With “Paigo”, Arvato Financial Solutions has come up with an answer especially for collections. The solution will soon be available to utilities in the powerApp Store from powercloud.

With Paigo, manual processes performed in utilities will fall away thanks to the automation of work steps. Utilities benefit from an effective management system which is also used for monitoring automated collection transfers, and displays e.g. the state of collection or the measures that have already been taken at a glance. “The entire collection process is more customer-friendly and effective. We are outsourcing a classic business process, which currently consumes unnecessary resources at many utilities,” explains Stephan Scherer, Senior Sales Manager at Paigo

The open architecture from powercloud forms the technological basis of the solution: On the one hand, the end-to-end system of the SaaS platform contains all of the processes for the energy economy machine room of utilities, and performs the automated billing processes. On the other, it supplements this core functionality using tailor-made solutions from the associated powerApp Store. Similar to other app stores, utilities will find ready-to-use and tested extensions for the powercloud, which are connected through certified interfaces.

“The integration of Paigo into the powerApp Store rounds off the subject of ‘collections’ on our platform,” says Thayabaran Thanabalasingham, Head of Partner Sales at powercloud. “We are now bringing our shared expertise in billing and collections management to the energy market in a targeted manner. We are convinced that both large and small utilities stand to benefit greatly from this offer in terms of the often complex and lengthy collection procedure.”

INTENSE AG and powercloud: Preparing the IT structures of municipal utilities and co. for the energy markets of tomorrow

  • Keeping sight of efficient and structured implementation
  • All-in-one package from user support through to data migration
  • Utilities benefit from years of industry knowledge and wide-ranging ERP expertise

(powercloud, Offenburg, Germany, 24 March 2021) Complex change processes are shaping the energy industry – which means the product worlds and customer management of municipal utilities and utility (ERP) for example, have to go through ever more changes. We are talking about individualization, non-commodity value-added services, and customer experience. Here, regional suppliers are particularly well placed to thrive because they are present and trusted locally, and can provide their customers with tailor-made support. But how is it possible to support this transformation with the most simple IT available? Major assistance is provided by the software and IT-consulting firm INTENSE and the utility-digitization specialists from powercloud: These partners dovetail their expertise and provide utilities with support in the transformation process.

“As a powercloud partner for consulting, solution and system integration, we see this as the perfect cooperation, because the customer receives a practice-oriented all-in-one solution. This is also what makes the difference, especially in the case of suppliers such as municipal utilities, as they are looking for turnkey solutions from a single source,” explains Michael Heinze, board member at INTENSE. “We have over 20 years’ experience in the energy industry, are familiar with the business models, and develop innovative software solutions. As IT-architects with long-term expertise in consulting and implementation, we help our customers design and select billing and customer-management platforms that are capability-oriented and futureproof. In this context, the solution offered by powercloud is increasingly coming to the fore. For example, our contact partners appreciate intuitive user guidance and simplicity when it comes to implementing new products.”

The cooperation is by no means a ‘cold start’ – quite the opposite: INTENSE and powercloud are already working with customers such as the Bühl and Uelzen municipal utilities, EnBW and home-storage supplier SENEC. Together, they ensure the implementation of powercloud as well as the migration from existing systems. The customers benefit from a complete package of process consulting and workshops, customization, test management, data transformation and conclusive user support. “We are very excited about the collaboration,” exclaims Zoran Petrovic, CSO of powercloud. “The experience that INTENSE brings to the table is a huge help in every implementation of our solutions – regardless whether that’s greenfield setup or gradual migration from existing systems. The shared project work is highly focused on the customer, as well as being structured and target-oriented. Together, we set new standards for the rapid provision of our end-to-end approach.”

The latter has played an important role for many established utilities: They have often found that even a minor modernization to their legacy system can take a very long time. That is why it is even more surprising that the complete IT infrastructure was modernized with powercloud and INTENSE AG in just a few months. Gradual migration from existing systems is carried out in phases. “We supplement the powercloud step by step and continue to optimize the business processes – in ongoing operations based on a continuous delivery principle. The customer specifies their “cycle time” and decides when they want to shut down legacy systems,” says Christine Scheid, Manager at INTENSE.

The utilities then benefit from an “engine room of the energy industry,” in which a wide range of business processes run in a streamlined, automated manner. “This is the basic requirement for new business models, which will ultimately guarantee the energy transformation. We want to work together with the utilities in tackling this issue,” concludes Zoran Petrovic.

powercloud and hsag Heidelberger Services AG: Strategic cooperation and brandnew chatbot as powerApp

  • Consultancy, system integration, app development and service/BPO for utility companies in focus
  • Boost for digital transformation of utilities
  • Special utilities chatbot optimizes customer service

(powercloud, Offenburg, March 9, 2021) A strategic partnership has been agreed between hsag Heidelberger Services AG and powercloud for the bundling of competences. The energy services supplier, with representation all over Germany, will work closely with the cloud provider in the fields of consulting, system integration, app integration and services/BPO for energy utility companies in order to provide still better support for public utilities and energy suppliers adapting to the digital transformation.

In recent years the market has changed significantly. Innovation and competitive pressure, partly from the entry of new market participants, some of them from outside the industry, are calling for a rethink to processes and systems. Heightened customer expectations with regard to service quality and customer experience are adding further to the pressure on companies in the utilities sector. This is exactly where the partnership intends to act. Working together, powercloud and hsag will offer energy utilities sustainable, successful service and BPO-solutions that provide a highly attractive cost to serve, opportunities for entry into new business and sales models and outstanding customer service.

Additionally, hsag will make its Isa chatbot available to powercloud customers as an out-of-the-box solution via powercloud’s powerApp Store. “Isa” is short for “intelligent service agent” and uses artificial intelligence to answer over 10,000 different questions on some 220 typical customer concerns.

As a result, public utilities and similar organizations profit from a minor service revolution: customers can send text-based questions regarding tariffs, meter readings, moving home, deductions, and energy utility services round the clock. Not only does this initiate a communication that is targeted accurately to the question, but the data from the conversation is also assigned to the customer in the backend and processed through to conclusion. In addition, the shared use of this SaaS solution can be extensively analyzed and used for marketing purposes. The opportunities opened up by this innovative approach can be seen from a typical sales example: if the customer asks about a cheaper tariff, the bot assists with a targeted search for a suitable offering – and specifically on the basis of the data requested of the customer specifically required for the search. For over 30 utility companies already using Isa, this resulted in an increase in conversion rate of five per cent. Simultaneously, thanks to the bot, use of the customer portal increased by an average of 12%.

We can point to a whole series of comparable successes. Our language model has been perfectly trained, it functions smoothly and will be further trained by our NLP experts – and all this without further outlay by the utility company. Customers are reporting significant reduction of the workload for customer services and a far better customer experience.

Dr. Carl Heckmann from hsag Heidelberger Services AG

At the same time, the bot is perfectly compatible with powercloud since both allow SaaS solutions to be implemented and adapted without major outlay. Users profit subsequently from regular updates in the background.  Even larger new requirements are implemented in an agile manner and are quickly available for use. Additionally, as a powerApp listed in the powerApp Store, Isa can be connected very easily to the open interfaces of powercloud. Major IT projects involving the bot, which for example can be configured individually in terms of its speech and regarding the service processes required, are therefore not necessary for powercloud customers.

“Given this background, we are delighted with this cooperation. It matches our philosophy,” says Thayabaran Thanabalasingham, Head of  Partner Sales for powercloud. “We are able to offer our customers a comprehensive cloud solution that can be expanded with further options. This flexibility is an essential condition for utility companies since their markets are in a state of flux. New products and services are appearing all the time, for example, and powercloud is perfectly designed to accommodate these. Working together with hsag Heidelberger Services AG, we intend to develop sustainable, complete solutions in the coming years, including service operations, which will assist public utilities and other utility companies with their digital transformations. Isa is an outstanding example of this.”

Arvato Financial Solutions and powercloud: Alternative payment processes for utilities

  • Ecosystem for digital energy suppliers
  • Focus on the entire payment landscape
  • Offering customers the right mix of payment methods

(powercloud, Offenburg, March 4, 2021) Many people continue to pay electricity and gas bills by direct debit – an established and widely accepted process. However, the conditions on the energy market are changing: As in other industries, alternative online payment methods are growing in importance. They can be used to optimize processes and satisfy customer demands. Apart from direct debit, what other options are there and which of them can be recommended as payment methods in the energy industry? Arvato Financial Solutions draws on extensive expertise from both the e-commerce industry and the utilities sector and can therefore apply empirical data to the optimal payment method mix.

The cooperation between powercloud and the financial specialists from Arvato Financial Solutions involves two powerApps: BPO on demand, and receivables management with Paigo. Both powerApps take the otherwise manual, resource-intensive, and costly administrative processes away from the utilities and integrate them into Arvato Financial Solutions’ established Shared-Service Framework. The utilities thus get an effective management system and access to intelligent technologies to control their business processes. This simple utilization of outsourcing services via a flexible interface enables the equally flexible handling of volume fluctuations and load peaks – especially relating to new customer acquisition, billing, market communications, payment transactions, dunning, and special processes such as insolvency processing and price inconsistencies.

Arvato Financial Solutions’ services range from risk and fraud prevention to the integration of various payment methods through to agile dunning. The “Paylink” feature is available for dunning processes, among other things. Customers receive an SMS or email with a payment request and a link to the supplier’s payment page. Following authentication, they can choose their payment method and confirm the payment. “The example clearly shows what options are opened up by alternative payment methods. This means we can make the entire dunning process more customer-friendly, and outstanding payments arrive faster,” explains Jan Florian Richard, Director Strategic Partnerships at Arvato Financial Solutions. “We know from many conversations with customers that many municipal utilities and other energy suppliers have a long way to catch up when it comes to alternative payment methods. This solution as part of powercloud enables them to digitalize and modernize their entire billing system.”

Overall, the integration of both solutions is an important step for powercloud. The company cooperates with an array of partners to completely cover the “payment” area within the SaaS platform. “We aim to offer customers a comprehensive range of powerApps for their payment transactions, which are then seamlessly linked to our billing solution,” explains Thayabaran Thanabalasingham, Head of Partner Sales. “Arvato Financial Solutions’ new powerApps fit perfectly with this strategy.”

Radically simplifying payment transactions for utilities: powercloud and GoCardless join forces

  • A focus on direct-debit payments using the proprietary online platform
  • Solution reduces administrative effort and transaction costs
  • Global payment network with currency conversion facilitates international transactions

(powercloud, Offenburg, Germany, 1/27/21) To automate and radically simplify payment transactions between utilities and their customers – these are the goals of a new partnership between powercloud and the British fintech company GoCardless, who together have developed an innovative means of making direct debit transactions online. The solution can immediately be integrated into utilities’ websites as a white-label solution and comprehensively dovetails with the innovative powercloud accounting system.

The next steps are as simple as they are effective: End-customers agree to an online direct debit agreement. It is then possible for the utilities to launch, monitor and optimize all payments directly from the powercloud via an API interface. Any reimbursements to the customer at the end of the year can be easily initiated. “The entire transaction process is effectively automated in the blink of an eye, while the associated administrative effort is reduced to a minimum,” explains Mario Boehm, Partner and Alliances Manager at GoCardless. “In concrete terms, the automation covers initiation of the direct debit, real-time examination of the payment status and follow-up attempts for failed postings. Our solution not only minimizes the administrative effort, but also significantly lowers transaction costs. Furthermore, the number of errors that occur during transactions are scaled down massively.”

“We are very excited about the new powerApp, which gives us a basis from which we can offer our customers a new solution for their transaction process,” says Marco Beicht, CEO of powercloud. “The technological know-how provided by GoCardless in the field of direct debit transactions and our accounting expertise fit here like hand in glove.” What’s more, by teaming up with GoCardless, we have established a global payment network for direct debits. That is why the partnership aligns with the powercloud strategy, of bringing the advantages of the comprehensive SaaS solution into international markets in a more intense manner, which will also allow utilities to draw payments in different currencies, and convert them into the desired target currency automatically. “Over 55,000 European businesses are already taking advantage of the solution – from small fitness studios to large tourism companies. Together with powercloud, we now want to use the expertise gained to make further inroads into the European energy market. We are convinced that both large and small utilities stand to benefit greatly in terms of their complex payment transactions,” says Mario Boehm from GoCardless.

GoCardless is the perfect match for the comprehensive powercloud approach aimed at driving digital transformation in the energy industry using innovative solutions. We are focused on developing new products as well as sinking costs through the automation of business processes. Decisive here is that the end-to-end system from powercloud contains all processes involved in the “energy supply utility room” of the utilities – although suppliers can expand its core functions with customized, ready-to-use solutions from the powerApp store to meet their specific needs. Similar to other app stores, users will find ready-to-use and tested extensions for the powercloud, which are connected through certified interfaces. Precisely that is now also possible with GoCardless.

About GoCardless
GoCardless is a leading fintech company in the field of recurring payments. Thanks to its platform and global payment network, it enables companies to draw payments from customers all over the world. More than 55,000 companies globally, from multinational companies through to small and medium-sized enterprises, effect GoCardless transactions to the amount of 18 billion USD in over 30 countries each month. Headquartered in the UK, GoCardless has four further branches in Australia, Germany, France and the USA.

powercloud integrates iXenso output management as a powerApp: Pace-setter for customer communication and PDF/online billing

  • Customizable approach specifically for energy suppliers
  • Output management is comprehensively linked with powercloud
  • Dynamically generated files ensure increased efficiency

(powercloud, Offenburg, 01/19/2021) Enterprise Output Management (EOM) is a central building block in the digitalization of many power supply companies (PSCs) – and for good reason: The automated creation of PDF files massively reduces the effort and costs involved in customer communication. Key basic requirements for success: EOM systems must be connected to the company’s workflows and content in a faultless and completely smooth manner. That is precisely what forms the technological basis of the new offer from powercloud: The SaaS solution for the energy industry can now be connected absolutely seamlessly with the highly efficient EOM system from iXenso, a digitalization specialist headquartered in Freiburg, Germany.

This enables PSC users to benefit from the pace-setters in the customer communications industry: The desired output files are dynamically generated and fed into the required channels based on the input from the powercloud and the customer master data. It is no longer necessary to create and maintain different templates and versions of a form. Instead, a multi-template construction kit is used. Individual process steps are defined simply using “drag & drop”. “We are very confident in this solution, which plays to its strengths in the complex and multifaceted field of customer communication in the energy industry” explains Thomas Kleiner, CEO and founder of iXenso. “Our scalable EOM system is perfectly suited to mass production and, at the same time, can be adapted to the PSC’s highly specific needs. The subsequent process ranges from automated text-block creation, including the customer approach, through to linking the communication with the associated contract in the powercloud digital archive. It doesn’t get any easier or faster than that.”

Against this background, powercloud puts significant importance on cooperation. The solution is scalable and addresses the requirements of both small municipal utilities and large energy suppliers. For some time, powercloud had been looking for a strong partner to add the “output management” module to its comprehensive energy management billing solution, as CEO Marco Beicht confirms: “So far, our customers have been using different solutions for EOM. Now we have a custom-fit approach that meets the requirements of the energy suppliers precisely. For example, we know that many of the municipal utilities we are in contact with have set their sights on the subject of PDF/online billing for 2021. We see it as our mission to offer an optimal solution in this regard. iXenso is the right partner for the job. We are very excited about the new powerApp.”

The two companies are now working hard to bring their joint solution to the PSC market. This applies both with regard to existing customers and any new powercloud customers. At the same time, the integration of the EOM system into the powercloud is simple: Like numerous other customized solutions, it is available in the powerApp Store and can be integrated via certified interfaces.
